SHORT ARTICLES FROM SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS ABOUT YOGA, MEDITATION AND MINDFULNES.
Yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ is not only about training the body but also about training the mind, following ethical principles and discipline🙏

By being disciplined (and this too is about training 😉) you can not only do difficult yoga poses but also handle your day-to-day life more easily.

To float on the surface, even if it tosses you up and down. And by practicing yoga regularly, in the same positions, you see the changes in yourself, and what is happening under the surface. What annoys a person, amuses him, tires him, scatters him...The lust when we want to get into a better pose, the inner critic when we are not satisfied with the pose.

By training the mind (for example through meditation), sitting for a while with oneself, with one's thoughts and feelings, we get to know ourselves. It reveals that what we often think or feel is not true or something else is hidden behind it. We get to know our patterns and behavior and we can then relieve the suffering that we often cause to ourselves in our own head 🙇‍♀️🗯️🤔 or transform it into something beneficial.

If you want to do yoga, you don't have to put your foot behind your head or stand on it (your head😋), you just have to play, move, and observe 🙂
I used to have a dislike and prejudice towards Yoga photos on social media and that the internet is flooded with it. I didn't like yoga and the internet together. Where someone takes a photo in a yoga position and doesn't know anything about it.
But isn't that great? Promoting and sharing something that helps both physical and mental health? And when a person enjoys it? Something that brings people together? 👥
My ego was talking. Envy maybe? 🤔 And that is part of this practice - non-judgment, seeing through self-delusions, accepting one's own, even not-so-nice thoughts.
Nobody is perfect and every one of us has our own journey and pace. Maybe a person will learn more about yoga in the process of taking photos and at least have a lot of fun, like me when I take pictures ❤️
Thanks to these photos, I can share my thoughts and do what I enjoy the most, which is yoga🧘🏻‍♀️, writing📝 and photography. And I hope that no one wants to judge me for it, as I once did 🧘‍♀️🙏🙂
